Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ShipRepo (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The service

ShipRepo runs AI agents that read your GitHub repository, propose code changes, execute tests in an isolated sandbox and — on paid plans — open pull requests. You remain responsible for reviewing every change before merging.

3. Accounts

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

• No attempting to break out of the sandbox or exfiltrate data from other tenants.
• No automating abuse of the Free Playground (repeated account creation, IP spoofing, etc.).
• No running code you do not have the right to run.
• No use of the Service for illegal activity, malware, or mass-scale spam.

5. Plans, credits and BYOK

Paid plans are billed via our payment partner. One credit equals one task. Credits do not expire while your plan is active. On BYOK plans you bring your own model provider key; model usage is billed by that provider, and ShipRepo charges a platform fee.

6. Your content & repositories

You keep all rights to your code. You grant ShipRepo a limited license to clone your repo into an ephemeral sandbox solely to execute the tasks you request. Clones are deleted after the task. Generated diffs and logs are retained to allow you to review results.

7. Generated code

AI-generated code may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every pull request before merging. ShipRepo provides no warranty that generated code is correct, secure, or fit for purpose.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits on a cancelled paid plan are forfeit unless required otherwise by law.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShipRepo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
